DESCRIPTION:This course brings the opportunity to learn dishes that are affordable and tasty\, and give parents comfort that their loved one will not go hungry or live on takeaway food! \nGary and team will work with the class to gauge what skill level each have\, and provide any support or guidance where needed. \nThe meals we cover are quick\, easy\, healthy and affordable.  Students learn a variety of dishes\, including: how to cook mince and all the meals you can make with it (spaghetti bolognaise\, cottage pie\, lasagne)\, plus chicken or vegetable curry and Mexican fajitas \nWhat to expect \n\nA fun and interactive demonstration\nLight refreshments\nBasic sauces and how to add different ingredients to provide different flavours to dishes\nHow to make quick\, easy\, healthy and affordable dishes\nAn overview of food safety and how to avoid food poisoning
