Hunters Autumn Collection

We are thrilled to introduce our latest collection of seasonal artisan chocolates. As we bid farewell to the vibrant Summer Collection, we welcome the rich and warm hues of autumn. Our hand-crafted Autumn Collection features an array of flavours inspired by the season, presented in a crisp and delightful manner with single-origin and house-blended couvertures.

Each chocolate in our Autumn Collection is designed to be suitable for vegetarians and evokes the essence of long autumnal walks, followed by the comfort of enjoying Hunters chocolates at home. Every piece is meticulously handmade by Gary and his team, taking four days to complete, from colouring to finishing.

If you can resist the temptation to indulge immediately, we recommend storing these chocolates in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and strong odours. However, we encourage you to give in to your desire and enjoy them right away!

Banana & Toffee

Banana and Toffee – Roasted Banana and Salted Caramel

We create a banana and dark chocolate ganache to match with our salted caramel. This is layered with a crunchy base of praline and feuilletine and finished with our 70% dark couverture from São Thomé to create a strong cocoa finish to the sweetness of the banana and caramel.

Apple Pie

Apple Pie – Baked Apple & Cinnamon Caramel with Vanilla Pastry

Using our own Bramley Apples balanced with a warm cinnamon spice, this caramel filling is everything that reminds us of Autumn. Finished with a buttery shortbread and our in-house blended milk chocolate couverture. This delivers a darker and highly intense cocoa hit with lightly creamy notes at the end.

Pumpkin Gold

Pumpkin Gold – Spiced Pumpkin Latte

This 40% milk chocolate has an espresso base using Arabica beans from Central America. Blended with our warming spice mix and finished with baked pumpkin. We have paired a milk couverture with a single variety Nacional bean grown in Ecuador, yielding an exceptionally intense cocoa flavour with complex aromas of caramel and hints of yellow fruit.

Dappled Date

Dappled Date – Date, Honey and Almond

This Middle Eastern inspired bonbon has a Date and Almond filling with locally produced honey from our friends at Saxon Air. We roast the almonds to bring out the natural oils to the fore and blended with Medjool Dates to create a satisfying flavour combination. The chocolate shell is our in-house crafted blended milk couverture, which provides a darker cocoa hit to balance the creaminess of the filling.

Smooth Bounty

Smooth Bounty– Coconut and Vanilla

A warm flavour marriage of coconut and Madagascan vanilla ganache appeals to our nostalgic customers. We use a 70% dark couverture which has an intense, yet balanced chocolate taste dominated by a solid body of roasted cocoa, powerful bitter notes and fresh, fruity hints.

Speckled Pepper

Speckled Pepper – Pineapple and Pear

Pink peppercorn is cooked alongside pineapple to create a warm bite to this fruity gel. This is finished with our pineapple and pear ganache to create a tasting experience of this bonbon with a fruity concentration. Dark Couverture with a 70% cocoa content will help to release the fruit flavours of this bonbon.
