Learn how to create delicious, flavour full  sauces that will make your dishes more delectable than ever. From sweet to savory and classic French sauces like Béarnaise and Veloutés to creative, modern sauces, this class will teach you everything you need to know to be confident in your menu planning

We will explore a whole host of delicious tips and tricks to enable you to re-create prize-worthy sauces at home and how to transfer these sauces into other fantastic sauces with just a couple of ingredients

This saucy class will comprise of a  mix of a fun and informative demonstration by Gary and team, followed by hands-on cookery where you will get to create some of the sauces yourself. During the class you will have the opportunity to sample the sauces and dishes that Gary demonstrates.
