Preserves, Chutneys and Afternoon Tea

A demonstration of all jam and chutney tips by Norfolk’s very own Queen of Jams, Chutneys and Preserves, Tarina Butcher, alongside our own Gary Hunter baking items to use the delicious preserves produced, ending with a fabulous afternoon tea for everyone to enjoy at the end of the session.

From this half day class, you can expect the following:

• Coffee, tea or hot chocolate on arrival
• Enjoy a demonstration of the preparation, cooking, cooling and bottling process of Jams, Chutneys and Preserves and an explanation of how they fit into each category
• A tasting of products as Gary and Tarina work together
• A sharing of recipes and tips on how to make sure each recipe is a success
• Advice and tips on what produce to use and where to find it
• A fun and interactive session with the opportunity to ask all sorts of questions
• Your very own afternoon tea served to you
